Naked 2.0

When overthinking gets to me, I end up victimizing myself very often. Repeating that I don't friends, I have a chronic illness, I have mental health issues, and so. Repeating them enough times makes it all that your life is about. It took me very long to decipher this pattern I had created for myself. The more I repeated these things, the more they'd affect me, the more pity I'd feel for myself.

Self-pity is the worst thing one can do to oneself. I am still working on how to break this pattern, so far, realizing and accepting have been the only two steps I've come up with but I'm sure there's a long way to go.

If you want to have positivity in your life, attract the positive vibes. Always speak positively. If you repeat it enough times to yourself, it becomes your reality. Instead of complaining about your issues, speak about how you've dealt with it and are doing much better.

I know its helped me to let go off the negative feelings I had been holding onto. Positivity always attracts positivity.
